Return Conditions:

• A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed with your return.

Refund & Exchange Process:

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the return is processed.

• For exchanges, your original payment method will be:

  • Credited for the returned item

  • Charged for the replacement item, along with shipping (if applicable)

Return Shipping Charges:

• Returns from outside Dubai and Sharjah incur a non-refundable return shipping fee of AED 450, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product).
